REDISOL, INC. was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 19, 1985 to engage in the manufacture of quality maintenance chemicals and other related products and sell the same to local and international market. On the outset, REDISOL, INC. developed and expanded the coverage of Five Star Hotels, Motels, Restaurants, Theaters, Shipping and other Industrial Companies in the Metro Manila area. The principal office as well as the Laboratory and Plant Facilities are located in one building at # 49 Kanlaon St. Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City. 

On September 14, 1993, the company ventured into water and wastewater treatment in order to serve Redisol’s ever-growing clientele. In the process, we also offered descaling of boilers and heat exchangers, cleaning of air handling units (AHU), cooling tower and engine cooler of ships.  On top of this, we also accept pre-operational and maintenance cleaning of equipment, alkaline flushing, acid pickling and solvent cleaning.  Redisol, Inc. has acquired technicians from pioneer names in aircon manufacturing and hired the services of engineers whose expertise was acquired from local and foreign multinational companies. 

Redisol, Inc. considers environment in its day-to-day operation.  In compliance to this commitment to protect the environment, Redisol is implementing an Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001:1996 Standard. 

The Certification International (UK) Ltd. scheduled the compliance audit to ISO 14001 on the first week of April 2000.  With the company’s initiative, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources granted an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) to Redisol, Inc. on December 27, 1999. 

Since November 5, 1999, Redisol had eliminated all the Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) in its manufacturing process.  A certificate was given by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) signed by Director Peter Anthony Abaya of Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) for the completion of this project. 

Redisol is presently manufacturing all kinds of industrial maintenance chemicals and was recently awarded the Best Maintenance Chemicals Manufacturer for 2005 by the National Product Quality Excellence Awards, National Council for Product and Service Quality, and Consumer Today Magazine. Likewise, Redisol was awarded the Most Outstanding Manufacturer of Industrial Maintenance Chemicals for 2005 by the Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards Institute, Sales & Marketing Magazine and the Asian Institute of Marketing & Entrepreneurship voted by consumers and Marketing Executives.
